MY RUNS IN 2016: THE REVIEW

My first full year of participating in running events. Not truly surprised that I have finally exceeded all my expectations as I moved on throughout the year when I observed how I progressed from day to day, week to week and  month to month in my runs.
The bottom line is I have achieved my ultimate goal in running for the year. I have managed to make myself healthier and more fit which are two core pillars in my progress so far.
